MembersDirect® has partnered with local delivery companies to provide white glove delivery options into your home. This includes delivery into the home, and services like basic assembly and installation in the room of your choice and the removal of packaging material.
MembersDirect® includes Free level-one White glove delivery for all larger bulky items for our Members. Unlike the larger e-commerce websites selling furniture and appliances we do not want our members to be surprised to find out the ‘FREE’ delivery ended up being a curbside delivery. We also offer our members reduced white glove upgrades for assembly and second and third story deliveries.
Finally, if there are any imperfections with your order, we will act as an advocate for you, helping you get the situation resolved with the vendor, so that you’re 100% satisfied with the quality of your order.
